The final day of the diet advises followers to stuff themselves with brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices and vegetables, along with at least one serving of soup.

The cabbage soup diet is designed for quick weight loss. While a dieter may find they lose weight on the diet over the short term, they are not changing any of the behaviors that lead them to become overweight in the first place. As a result, any weight lost will likely be gained back when a person returns to their previous eating habits. Tips to remove Excessive Hair on your Body

Using a pumice stone as a method for hair removal as opposed to using it for combating in-growths is most effective when used on areas that you do not wax or shave. So you scrub your stomach with a pumice stone gently everyday, and over a period of time the hair-growth will diminish.
